Establish and lead all marketing programs for 89 unit
development (48 homesites and 41 luxury townhomes).  
Current offering is first phase of homesites.

Honua Kai, Maui, Hawaii

2003 - 2007 

Responsible for envisioning and strategic planning for Intrawests’ 700 unit development on Ka’anapali Beach.

Led design and development of on-site Sales Center.

Responsibile for management of sales team and all sales and marketing initiatives.

Sales Results:  Over $600 million in sales from Fall 2005 to Spring 2007, including the one day Intrawest sales record of $420 million set in December 2005.

Tahoe Mountain Resorts, Lake Tahoe, California

2000 - 2003

Early development of brand identity and positioning of four separate resort communities, which formed the Tahoe Mountain Resorts brand (the four communities totaled over 3000 units).  

Led design and development of on-site Sales Center.

Established all sales and marketing programs and managed the sales process and team.

Sales Results:  Over $150 million in sales from Fall 2000 to Fall 2003, including the $90 million one day sale of condominiums in the new Village at Northstar along with $40 million in homesite sales on a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.

Sandestin Resort, Florida

1998 - 2000

Worked in conjunction with the Sandestin Development and Sales/Marketing team in the creation of a brand identity and sales launch program for the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Provided sales leadership to the on-site sales team during major sales launches.

Sales Results:  Initial sales release of 225 condo-hotel units in summer 2000, resulting in over 90% on opening day for over $72 million in revenue.

Whistler Blackcomb, British Columbia

1994 - 1998

Sales and Marketing Manager for Intrawests’ Whistler Blackcomb resort development

Sales Results:  Sales success in ten development projects for over $100 million in revenue, including a one day sell out of 121 units in the One Whistler Village/Pan Pacific Lodge.
